"Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar offers soups, salads, and main dishes with small tastings of wine in a fancy setting. The restaurant is located in the Brodnax Building. Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar has many different food choices, all served with excellent service by knowledgeable staff who can help you enjoy your meal even more. The bar is a friendly spot where people dining alone can meet new friends or grab a quick bite. Upstairs, there are private rooms with small desks and views of the street, perfect for business meetings or a quiet dinner. Gift cards are also available. Their popular dishes include soup, Flight of Soup, seafood, elk steak, and the beef steak sampler platter. They also serve vegetarian dishes and great cocktails.

2026 Update: Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar offers a vegan option and has a television to have an entertaining dining experience."

“2026 Update: The Arcade Restaurant is Memphis' oldest dining, family-owned since 1919. They serve good southern comfort food and breakfast all day in their vintage 1950s diner on South Main Street, directly across from the National Civil Rights Museum. The Arcade Restaurant's menu includes sweet potato pancakes, deep-fried French toast, handmade burgers, daily lunch specials, and a full bar with cocktails and espresso. The Arcade Restaurant is the perfect location to host your next meeting, reception, or special event. The restaurant offers a wide array of both food and beverage options, outside of the regularly offered menu. Their back room has a capacity for 100 people, while the front holds up to 90, along with outdoor patio seating.”

FLIGHT RESTAURANT AND WINE BAR REVIEWS

This was my first visit here and waited for a special occasion. Chose two separate entrays in the elk and the sea bass. Both were incredible and elk but me on a search as to where I could buy to make at home. We were seated upstairs and it was loud and hot because of the location they do have outdoor seating. The service was fantastic. And would recommend for anyone wanting to impress.

What a great spot. Loved all the flight options from wine, apps, entrees, and desert! Such a cool concept. The food and service was excellent. Free valet parking was a plus as well! Highly re recommended! Harrison was great!

The food options and taste were on point! I really enjoyed the experience of trying a variety of dishes at 1 meal. The portion sizes were plentiful. The staff was helpful and friendly and the music was very nice.

Another first visit in this beautiful town! Delicious food, nice selection, quick , friendly,and attentive service from the coolest barkeep, Michael, and decent value for your money! I ordered the Cobb salad with the blackened chicken breast and blue cheese on the side. It was a generous portion and prepared exactly as I requested. I made room for the peach cobbler and it certainly didn’t disappoint! It was so good, I shared it with the couple who sat next to me at the bar. I highly recommend this place! Enjoy!

It's been a while since we had been... We remember it as "The Bigfoot lodge". But the food was still fantastic & Mrs Pimala gave us OUTSTANDING Service... Any waitress who can keep my drink filled without me flagging them down is top-notch in my book. The amount of food you get for the price is very much worth it.

A Memphis treasure where the attention to detail is like a Michelin rated restaurant. The food is incredible, creative takes on southern food. The staff is so friendly. Check out their new brunch too! Favorites are the BBQ egg rolls (don’t miss these!) and their unique burger creations.

This was cutest down to earth little place to eat. Our food was fast, hot, delicious and actual real sausage patties. Also a huge shout out to our waitress (Carmen). I was a waitress for many, many years. I’m in 60’s and I want her work place and the public to know that she is an absolute treasure. As a waitress and a person. If there is room for her to grow, let her blossom. Cudo’s Carmen you are an awesome awesome waitress and person, you keep it up and you will go places.

This place has a nostalgic vibe straight out of a Hallmark movie. The food was amazing, and our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. I would absolutely return whenever we’re in the area and highly recommend it for a delicious meal.

What a great place to enjoy breakfast. Historic location that has the booths still in use. Service was exceptional. Great menu selections. Food is all wonderfully prepared.
