This was an amazing dinner. The walnut bread is very tasty with a nice crust and soft interior. I highly recommend the fried quail and crab cakes. Make sure to try the daily specials as well, the pheasant was a pleasant surprise. Finally, leave room for dessert, the raspberry souffle was the best of what we ordered.

Hidden gem! Unbelievable experience, fabulous staff, rich meals. Menu changes seasonally. Veal and lamb were perfectly cooked. Mr. Jensen came over to say hello. Valet parking available.

Wow. This was a gift for my anniversary and I loved it! The food was truly tasty, and service was exceptional. Lovely waiter, and delicious food, thank you!

It’s been a long time since a restaurant has blown me away! This is more than incredible food to amaze the palate. It was so incredibly done that even my picky husband couldn’t get enough. He’s told everyone about the Elk cooked to perfection. The flavors paired with the wine choices were such a perfect match. The thought and talent that went into every detail was truly outstanding!! It’s more than just eye candy on a plate is truly art. It’s more than just another evening out on the town. It is a whole experience the everyone should be so blessed to enjoy. This city is so lucky to have Chef Keith and his incredible team showing up to perform, to perfect, to create, and to give every thing they have into giving you the experience of a lifetime. Get your reservation!! I promise you- you’ll thank me.

Had the best experience on Dec 20, Chef Keith and Chef Mick both visited the table and gave us the most memorable experience thus far. I have eaten all over the globe and Chez Philipe is a clear winner. Hats off to the entire staff. Remarkable! And a special thanks to our waiter Phillip, fantastic service sir!!

Food is exquisite & the tree is up in the lobby ! We love the blueberry mojitos ! The food is always good and a great place to watch the ducks and Holiday drinks ! Music is going and feels festive and amazing !

Excellent food, presented artfully. We REALLY enjoyed our dinner. I had a beef filet and my wife had salmon. Her fish was served on a bed of “cauliflower risotto” which was a tasty cauliflower diced as a risotto… fantastic. My beef was a quality cut over mashed potatoes and excellent gravy with a small bit of ratatouille on top… SO GOOD. My house salad was simple with the house dressing and my wife’s tomato bisque has great flavor and was accompanied by a small Gruyère grilled cheese sandwich. Desert was an artistic apple crumble with vanilla ice cream in the shape of a rose. We are VERY strong world travelers and found this meal to be excellent. Service was very very good.

Exceptional experience at River Oaks Restaurant! Secured a last-minute reservation for a party of 4 at a bar table. From appetizers to entrees and desserts, every dish was not only delicious but also presented with exquisite artistry. A delightful culinary journey that deserves a solid 5 stars!

5 stars all around. My food was amazing. Chef was super inviting and friendly the atmosphere was so perfect for the occasion. My family will definitely be back.
