“Ulele is a family-owned restaurant and brewery with a Native American theme. Richard G is the owner of the restaurant. This is a large place about 7,000 square feet and can seat up to 240 people inside, plus 150 more in the outdoor beer garden and 50 on the rooftop terrace, which overlooks the Hillsborough River. The restaurant is part of the Columbia Restaurant Group and uses fresh ingredients like fruits, vegetables, seafood, and meats to make flavorful and eye-catching meals, many of which are cooked on a special 10-foot grill. They serve fresh fish and seafood from the Gulf and nearby coastal waters. They also have their own wines from family-owned wineries in Spain. Ulele brews its own craft beer on-site at the Ulele Spring Brewery, led by Brewmaster Tim Shackton. These beers are only available at the restaurant. The place has a fun, family-friendly atmosphere, kind of like a park. Free parking is available, and you can make reservations too. They also offer outdoor seating and takeout options for your convenience.”
