“Ulele is pronounced "You-lay-lee" and is a native-inspired establishment and brewery. The restaurant is a family-owned and independent company. They have spread over nearly 7,000 square feet and seated up to 240 guests, 150 visitors in the beer garden, and 50 on the rooftop terrace with views of the Hillsborough River. The menu features tasty and attractive dishes prepared on the in-house grill. The restaurant is part of The Columbia Restaurant Group and has numerous private-label varieties from family vintners in Spain. Ulele, every menu of the recipes is intricately flavored using fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, and other proteins, and its visually appealing dishes are served on the 10' diameter barbacoa grill.
