AJISAI REVIEWS

I have been wanting to try a sushi place in Tampa for a while now, and since friends were visiting over the weekend, we finally made it happen. This place truly satisfied our cravings! We went for the $35 All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) deal and ordered a little bit of everything to share. The Food Highlights: The Godzilla Roll was easily the table favorite, closely followed by the Yummy Roll. Both were fresh and packed with flavor. The octopus balls were super soft and authentic. You also can’t go wrong with their crab ragoons crispy and delicious as always! Beyond sushi, they have a massive selection including ramen, teriyaki, hibachi, and various noodle dishes, so there’s truly something for everyone. The Experience: It was very busy when we visited, so we did have to wait a bit longer for our server to get to the table. However, it was the perfect excuse to sit back, catch up, and connect with my friends. The lively atmosphere and great food made it well worth the wait. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a quality AYCE experience.

It was our first time in this all-you-can-eat sushi hibachi restaurant. There was plenty of parking outside. It was easy to find. They have option for eat all you can or à la carte. The price is pretty decent for it. The cost for the all you can eat option is pretty good. It was around $35 including tax. The menu is extensive. There are a lot of options for drinks included in the happy hour option (2 for 1). Service is friendly and fast. Food is very good.

The food and the service was great and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

The restaurant is on the small side but the decor really makes you think you stepped into a small hole in the wall in japan! The takoyaki came out hot and flavorful and the sushi tasted so fresh! The meat skewers were hot off the grill and tasted amazing. My brother especially liked the eel! A little salty but would pair well with beer/alcohol! Lmited parking space might be the only downside! I'm new to the area, so unless there was a secret/or well known parking place I wasn't aware of than I would suggest coming early to grab a spot in front of the restaurant.

Izakaya Tori was a delightful hidden gem in South Tampa. For starters, this is an excellent restaurant for sharing family style. The portions are a good size and it is the perfect place to try a little bit of everything. The seaweed salad was excellent- crispy, salty, and refreshing. The sushi was excellent, and the server was mindful of gluten allergies. They even have gluten free soy sauce for someone in our party with celiac! The Thai tea hit the spot as well. It is a cute spot perfect for a date night or dinner with a group.

Found this place when searching best sushi in Tampa. We enjoyed everything we ordered! The crab Rangoon was so unique and quite tasty. The lollipop roll was fresh and delicious! There was an hour wait to be seated and once we finished eating we knew why, it's delicious and worth it. Highly recommend.

Was fairly quiet, I got ordered Spicy Dosunco Ramen, they started working on it right away BUT before giving it to me was asked if I had a preference for a type of cut on the pork belly the usual thin cut pork belly OR the end piece which isn’t as popular I actually opted for the end piece and MAN was it good, super tender melt in your mouth and juicy, definitely the way I’ll order again from now on.

Nice restaurant, excellent service, and delicious food. We ordered the Dosunco Ramen and the Spicy Dosunco Ramen (this one was very spicy, but delicious). Those were so far the best Ramen that I've had. The Gyoza (Dumplings) was delicious. We also ordered the Takoyaki (Octopus balls), and Edamame. They were very good too. Definitely we will be back again.

Good ramen and karaage. The spicy miso ramen had a bit of a unique flavor to the broth that made it stand out. It was also cool to see some less common Japanese beer offerings. It was quiet and not crowded on a Tuesday night.
