Kentucky Splash WaterPark and Campground

Best bang for your buck!! At 12$ entry fee this water park is hard to beat! Wave pool,5 water slides. Lazy river plus a big shallow water area for the younger kids with small slides and ankle deep wading.. They don't allow outside food to be brought in however the concessions are very affordable especially compared to other places. They have good variety from whole pizza to burgers and hot dogs and with 3 concessions builds you do have to wait very long! As of 6-3-23 they're building on just west of the wave pool looks to be an intermediate area with medium sized water slides looked to be 3-5 more slides.

This was my first time, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was very nice; suitable for families with kids of all ages as well as adults. I especially liked that they use salt rather than chlorine to sanitize the water. Definitely remember to bring and *use* sunscreen! Because of all the concrete (textured for safety, so bonus points) and water, the sunrays are quite intense.

A fun little place. Water could be a little cleaner. Lots of debris floating around. Most employees are under 20 years old. For $10 per person, can't complain to much. Definitely worth it. Have been twice now. Hope to make it back again before they close this year. We drive about 3 hours. Like I said, definitely worth the $.
