I came here on my 21st and loved it! The music is wonderful and the queens are gorgeous! The bartenders are all very kind (there is one bartender who always teases me but it's all in good fun lol). I've thought about going to other gay bars in town but honestly this ones got me hooked <3 the dance floor is a good size and the cover charge is not bad at all. I can't speak on the drink prices though because I'm typically too drunk to remember what the prices are hahaha. Can't wait to go back!
We actually we to Kentucky to visit a different club but hated the experience so we went right over to bar complex and had an AMAZING time! The drag shows were amazing and drinks were great too! We'll forsure be back sometime soon!
First time coming here. My husband, friends and myself Absolutely loved it. We laughed, we sang and we danced. Best night ever!! The show was amazing. The dance floor was thumping. We will definitely be back.

The food here is top notch in terms of bar food. The chili mac is a star. Trivia on Tuesdays at Malabu is my favorite. I always feel super welcome, especially since the waitresses remember my name.
Malabu is a good time, all the time. Friendly staff and regulars; drinks are reasonably priced; karaoke is pressure-free; lighting is flattering. Malabu gives neighborhood bars a good name.

THE BURL REVIEWS
One of the best music venues in Lexington, hands down. The indoor shows and outdoor shows are both extremely fun to attend! I loved how they offered tables during quarantine and kept this going. They have had quite a few people play there that have gone on to do something big! I am always impressed with the big names they get to perform there. My 1st Biy Strings show was at The Burl and I will never get another experience like it! Buy tickets, go to the show. I can't count how many shows I've been to at The Burl because I love it so! And check out the arcade (bring your quarters!) and see what their kitchen has, too!
Great atmosphere and music venue. Even though it was a sold out show there were enough people working that getting a drink was relatively easy and listening to the music was the big thing. Only got to walk through the arcade after and grab an order of aioli fries but I will definitely be back for more music and entertainment.
