" Central Music Academy is to foster equitable access to high-quality, tuition-free music instruction. Their dedicated teachers have given over 45,000 free lessons to more than 1,500 students. My sister and I have bought multiple guitars, amps, and miscellaneous supplies from this store in the last few years. We are both super impressed with the store manager as well as the entire staff at this Lexington location. They are all top notch! We primarily have had the privilege of working with Tanner. He has been so helpful and knowledgeable every single time we have worked with him. He always patiently guides and directs us in selecting the perfect guitars. He is always so kind and wants to ensure our purchases meet our personal style . He is truly the best! Michael was also very helpful and he quickly corrected a minor issue I was having with my guitar amp. We just bought another guitar from Willis Music this weekend and could not be any happier. We were given a beautiful piano concert by Dustin while Tanner changed out our guitar strings. This was an amazing and added touch of class to the whole experience! Every visit has been truly awesome! We highly recommend this store! We give them all a 10 out of 10.

Chase was very helpful in helpful in finding the right instrument and accessories for what I needed. Willis Music associates were friendly, knowledgeable, and delivered a dependable euphonium for me which was even carried to the car and loaded .

I'm grateful I was informed about, and my child was accepted to begin taking piano/voice lessons at CMA in 2015! My child is a vocal major at SCAPA, and learned to play the flute in elementary school. Thanks to CMA, my child is learning, or has learned to play the piano, various percussion instruments, and the ukulele. My child and I are grateful for all the opportunities, experiences, and knowledge she's gaining from being a CMA student.

Studying here definitely gave me more confidence as a singer and as a person by giving me more opportunities to sing in front of an audience. CMA is a close community that allows specific attention to me and helps me improve much faster than before.

This music school is a blessing for all children who want to learn to play an instrument and the teachers are very kind.

Our family has been incredibly blessed to be part of Studio 88 for over three years now, and we truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Beth Dean. She has been both a piano and voice teacher for our 9 year old daughter for 3 years. This year, we started our 5 year old son for piano classes as well and he has been learning so much. Beth is so much more than a teacher—she has become family to us. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care for her students shines through in everything she does. She went above and beyond to support and prepare our daughter for her SCAPA audition, and her encouragement and dedication meant the world to us. The atmosphere at Studio 88 is always welcoming, warm, and filled with joy. One of our favorite things are the coffee house performances and the recitals- always inspiring, and truly magical. These events not only highlight the kids’ talent but also the strong sense of community Beth fosters.

My daughter started taking voice lessons 7 years ago from Beth. She has extreme stage anxiety and Beth patiently worked with her and was always ready to encourage. She cares about her as a person, not just as a singer. I would recommend her for any child searching for a place to let creative dreams become reality.

Studio 88 is a great place for intro into music. My daughter has been working with Ms. Anne Marie and has improved in such a short amount of time. Ms. Anne Marie is great at communicating with the student and also with me the parent. She really knows how to work with children. This studio and Anne Marie have been a delight to work with.
