Amazing! We woke up on a Sunday morning to discover a juvenile raccoon stuck in the kids soccer net. They answered and sent someone out quickly as we were concerned the net was going to strangle the animal. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They came and cut the raccoon out and safely returned it back to the mother. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
