had two adult pigmys in my backyard. Quick catch was unable to locate them the first time out..but with the 30 day warranty, I was able to call them when I spotted the snakes again 2 weeks later. Noah responded quickly and got them both. The customer service from both Noah and Chris was amazing. They were fast and knowledgeable.
