I’m never one to stop and write reviews yet, I had to take the opportunity to thank and more importantly, acknowledge Ms. Montoya Hall, as property manager, for all that she does/has done. I’ve lived at the square going on two years. Prior to that, I rented another unit back in 2016-2017 (seen property managers come and go) and I must say, not only has Montoya been the ONLY consistent and available onsite manager, she truly gets her job done in a professional, thorough, and dedicated manner. There are many positive things to say: community improvements, fast attention on service needs if any, etc., she is the leader behind ensuring it ALL gets done! PLUS, there’s only ONE of her and that alone is commendable considering the attention and follow thru she provides on all needs & requests. I just signed another lease for another year and she ensured this process was smooth from beginning to end; I am a happy and satisfied resident of The Square and attribute much of that to Ms. Montoya Hall and her hard work ethic! Thank you!

Montoya is Awesome making our move in experience so easy. She made sure everything was prefect and ready for me and my family to move in and she did this in only 5 days. I highly recommend The Square apartments in Downey. Thank you Montoya

Soon as I walked into the leasing office the manager greeted Me, made me feel very welcome and already at home about 2 weeks after I moved into my unit I recommend for everybody to rent with this property the unit is very spacious and clean the neighborhood is nice it’s a park right across street local stores gas stations I plan on liver here a few years.

STONEWOOD VILLAGE REVIEWS

I moved into Stonewood Village apartment 2 1/2 years ago. They keep great management staff. Melissa is the newest manager that has come onboard. She not only cares for Stonewood property Melissa cares for the tenants. Melissa has made several upgrades to the property that made it safer for the tenants. The property grounds are kept beautifully manicured. They also have great maintenance staff. Stonewood Village Apartment is a great place to live. I so appreciate the property policies as they help keep it safe, clean, nice and quiet. I think it would be beneficial if Labri would consider not increasing rent yearly for tenants who pay their rent on time. Perhaps an increase every other year, as most people are not getting yearly cost of living increases. As much as I enjoy living here I know that the yearly rent increases will force me to have to move. Thank you.

My family member moved into the Stonewood Village Apartments when she downsized in 2016. We initially had safety concerns however after visiting Stonewood Village and seeing the gated parking and other various amenities, our concerns quickly evaporated. She absolutely loves it here! I also was able to meet the grounds manager Melissa, whose high standards and professionalism confirmed she made the right choice. We definitely appreciate how she not only cares for the complex but tenants as well.

i love living here , this is my first real apartment and ive been here for a year now. everything is great! i love the staff . they are amazing . the property is kept up and the neighbors are quiet and friendly.

The Matenince Service at Casa Del Rio Seco is always right on time, I never have to Over a day for my service request. Most of the time the Matenince man comes the Same day I call, within a couple of hours, very rarely I have to wait until the Next day

Lived here for a year and enjoyed it. Complex is very quiet and neighbors are polite. Pam is a great property manager, friendly and attentive to the tenants needs. Maintenance would get done the same day I put work orders in.

Everything has gone so smoothly with the apartments, from all the paperwork to renewing my lease. Definitely a great place to live and Pamela is an amazing manager here.
