3 Best Hotels in Downey, CA

My wife and I have stayed here many times while traveling out of town and when returning. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff who works here and the quality of the rooms. For a clean and safe place to stay at a very reasonable price, this is the place. You can easily book online or in person when you arrive. They do achieve full occupancy, so be sure to book early or in advance. I've also noticed quite a bit of folks from out of state and foreign travelers, which is a sign this place's reputation is being made known. Aside from the excellent staff and service, I would suggest to the owner to perhaps use a different brand of soap. The soap works fine for the first shower, but then becomes flimsy after a subsequent shower. They do include more bars of soap in the room upon check-in and are quick to provide several new ones, but that is the extent of my gripes regarding this establishment.

Room was clean and bathroom was nice. Didn't know how to switch water from tub to shower so called the hotel (Googled phone, called from my cell phone) and they said to pull up on this round like button on the tub faucet then my shower worked. Parking was a little tight but we were able to find a spot. Thank you.

I have been coming to this hotel for quite some time now and every time I come here at the experience gets better. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, the rooms are very clean and if you need anything, they waste more time in assisting you, I would recommend this hotel to anyone Prices are fantastic and it is so close to so many restaurants and etc..

Every time I have friends and family come into town to visit, they always want to see a bunch of stuff. I always tell them to stay at this Days Inn. There’s a bunch of stuff right near by like the mall, in n out, Starbucks and grocery stores. It’s also convenient because then they can go to places like Universal Studios and Hollywood without it being a trek north and then also Disneyland without it being too far south. It’s close to the freeway too. Basically a great spot for people visiting southern California. Everyone I’ve sent to stay there says the place is clean. Let’s face it, these days a clean place is everything.

Great stay here. I’m from Ohio, and we went out to LA for the summer. And man, this was a great choice! Rooms were well kept (ants in the one bathroom but I’m not a whiner) and room service was nice. Safe was easy to use. Owner very accommodating. And overall, it was one of the better stays I’ve had in a bit.

Arnav was great when Checkin in , very helpful and informative. I recommend the stay for spending few nights if you have to be in the area . Very polite young man with good hospitality.
