My sister and I just moved in and I have to say everyone here is extremely nice and helpful. The person we have dealt with most is Anthony. He gave us a tour of the property and helped us get into our new home. The unit is nice. Area is calm and serene. Love how close we are to many stores and the beach. Thank you for all you guys do to keep this place running smoothly and for being so helpful.

Great Place To Live. Been here since 2023 and have 2 friends in different units who recommended as both nice, affordable, and clean. Very quiet as well! The maintenance team is very hardworking and takes initiative. Really greatful for Chelsie as she serves the community with joy, caring, energy, and heart. She goes above and beyond wanting to be friendly in every way; and following up asking how she could be of help and after maintenance work. Definitely blessed to receive both genuine and caring service!.

We just moved into our unit and unfortunately had a couple maintenance needs immediately but Antonio was able to fix everything within a couple hours of our request. Aside from his promptness and friendly demeanor he gave us some good tips and pointers to keep our shit running smoothly so we feel like we’re in good hands if we have any other issues, thank you guys!.

Lived here for 3+ years before having to move out of state. Needless to say the location can't be beat. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. But what really sets Pac City apart is the staff. The office staff is simply amazing. Upon moving in we originally worked with Alice and she was wonderful. On a daily basis, Tori, Bryan, Rachel and Jack bend over backwards to help and make your stay memorable. If they don't have an answer for you on the spot, they'll find it and immediately get back in touch with you. Every time we stopped by the office we were greeted with a smile. Their attitudes are just fantastic. In addition, Steven (head of maintenance) and Devon are top notch. Very rarely did we have to place a maintenance call, but when we did, Steven and his crew took care of it immediately. The custodial team is constantly working from dawn to dusk to keep the place in immaculate condition. Tracy in particular does a remarkable job keeping the place feeling like paradise. For the size of the community, it truly is amazing how responsive, helpful and friendly the entire staff is. I cannot recommend Pacific City more highly.

I have lived at Pacific City for over 5 years. Tori and the office are best of class. They are very responsive and accommodating in responding and reacting to my questions and needs. Specifically about Tori, she is amazing and I would highly recommend her! A true professional!.

We’ve had a great experience with pacific city residents so far. Diana made the leasing process smooth and was so accommodating to our needs. We came back 3-4 times to see different places and she was always more than happy to help us find a place that felt like home. She was honest about the pros and cons of each unit and advised very objectively. We are looking forward to being residents here!.
