I took 3 days off to look for a new car, out of all the dealerships I went to, these guys were the most honest, transparent, and no pressure salespeople I met with. The manger Joe was awesome, the salesman Alex Santos was great, even the finance manager Luis was great. They didn’t try to change the price at the last minute like other dealerships, there was no pressure for extra add on. I knew what I wanted, they knew what I wanted, they still informed me of the extras and services. Some definitely seemed great options but they were there really to facilitate my purchase of a new car for my wife. Definitely keeping their business card in my wallet for later.

I received a call from Norm Reeves Honda yesterday and spoke with an excellent salesman named Carlos. He was calling to inform me that The car I had inquired about had just hit the showroom. I went in with the intention of just looking at the car (like everyone does) but by the end of the day I ended up walking away with a 2025 Honda Civic Type R. I have had bad experience with other dealerships in the past, and I can assure you that with Norm Reeves Honda you are in good hands. Carlos and his team were willing to work with me to get me to a price that I was more comfortable with. They are very professional and polite and just all around good people to talk too.
