My review is long overdue for this incredible shop. I met with Jasmine to work on creating a custom jeweled wedding band and throughout the two design sessions we had she was absolutely incredible!!! She was brilliant at taking my scribbles and ideas and turning them into a stunning ring that I’m so delighted with, it came out better than my wildest imaginations. They even 3D scanned my engagement ring to make sure the band would compliment it perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough and would urge anyone to visit their shop!.

GET YOUR RING HERE!!! The craftsmanship and customer service here is top notch. They resized my ring at no cost even though it was my fault for telling my man the wrong size haha. They clean it whenever I bring it by for free. It always looks brand new after a cleaning. They even cleaned my wedding band for free even though it’s not one of their rings. They are always super nice and welcoming. I am so glad my husband chose this jeweler. Definitely come by here for your jewelry needs. You will not regret it!.

Excellent customer service—Angela, the associate who assisted me was very kind, welcoming and helpful. The entire store was beautiful, with lots of custom-made jewelry (made in house). I got my engagement appraised and it was done quickly and efficiently.

We are very pleased with our experience at princess bride diamonds. The customer service we received from Jackie exceeded our expectations. We had an heirloom diamond that we wanted to have set into a ring. Jackie was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. I even had a proposal date in mind and was hoping to have the ring ready sooner than their expected turnaround time. They were able to have the ring ready a week earlier.

I just got engaged with my dream ring! My fiancé said the experience was great. Our representative Rose was very good with working with us to custom design the perfect ring. We are from Canada and we’re amazed that despite the ring being custom, we received it within 6 weeks! I couldn’t be happier with his choice of Princess Bride Diamonds.

Very happy with the ring, it turned out great!!! Caralina Maher was the best, please ask for her, she made this experience a breeze. She was so knowledgeable and worked within my budget. My fiancé loves the ring and each day she is getting amazing compliments, nothing better! Also loved the shipping updates.

I knew very little going into the process, but Joe and Harry were incredibly patient and accommodating as we hammered out all of the details of the design. They were very honest throughout the process and were committed to helping me get what I wanted rather than trying to up-sell. Additionally I was very impressed with the turnaround time considering that it was a fully custom piece. If you're like me and looking for honest and experienced people to guide you through finding the perfect ring, look no further.

What a wonderful experience. I needed a chain fixed that broke. My Mom gave me the cross/chain over 40 years ago & it’s very important to me. They took care from the moment I stepped in the shop. The jewelry in the shop is beautiful and well taken care of. I highly recommend.
