We lived at Bell South Bay for nearly 5 years. Needless to say we loved our time living in the community! Kirstin (building manager) was always so kind and attentive. She’s a true professional and took great care of us. Amenities were nice, especially the recently renovated gym and large hot tub. Top floor units have great views btw! Would highly recommend Bell South Bay to anyone looking for nice, modern accommodations in the South Bay Area.

Recently toured this facility and had the pleasure of meeting with Kirstin. She showed us around and highlighted all of the amenities of the property. The units are beautiful and even have balconies. On top of that the location is outstanding next to two major freeways, LAX, and the light rail station. We really appreciated our time with the Bell staff. They were super friendly and professional.

My husband, son, dog and I have lived in Bell South for about a year. Overall, we have had a very smooth living experience. I especially appreciate the staff, who are courteous, responsive, respectful and timely. The management is very competent, which I appreciate. The apartment complex is always neat, clean and tidy, which is important for me. I like the green space within, the heated pool, the open-concept living spaces, the community amenities, and the freeway access.

I truly enjoy living here at the Astra. Aesthetically it is beautiful and calming. I feel very safe here. I have had a great experience working with the management staff, Tasia and Kim. They have been kind and helpful. The staff is intentional about planning events for the residents to gather and get to know one another. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to my needs. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. I have already referred a few friends friends to live in this building.
