The hotel was clean and it was near the airport. When I booked the hotel, I thought shuttle service or transportation would be provided, so did the agent assisting me with the booking. It turned out the advertisement was incorrect. No transportation was available so we had to pay for a cab. Upon arrival at the hotel, after two very long flights back to the U.S. and a 12-hour layover, we had to wait until one person to reset her password - which took too long and no one else help us. I was very annoyed at having to wait so long. Other than that, the rooms were clean and spacious, I was told there was no restaurant within walking distance, so I ate from the vending machine before preparing for bed. We had to leave the next day for another long flight.

We only had a short stay but the staff was wonderful and very attentive. The room was super clean and up-to-date. The room was spacious and smelled wonderful. I look forward to staying here again.

Good value and nice clean rooms. Free breakfast was good and nice parking option. Elevator was reeeaaally slow, and that's the ONLY negative. Staff was great. Would be happy to stay here again

BEST WESTERN AIRPARK HOTEL-LOS ANGELES LAX AIRPORT REVIEWS

I stayed at this hotel last week. I stayed on Monday and Tuesday on the second floor, room 212. I really liked it. The room was small but cozy, spacious, and quiet. The service from the staff was very good. The lady who cleaned my room was very friendly and entertaining, although she didn't speak much English. The restaurant was good, and the food was fresh. A good experience.

Pretty handy if you’re heading to the airport is a short ride, rooms spacious clean, breakfast are included and it’s a nice breakfast, the lady in the cafeteria was really helpful and nice! I would defiantly stay over again here

Lupe in the breakfast room was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good and plenty for everyone. Housekeeping was done every day during our stay. Thank u, Best Western, for providing great service!

HOLLYWOOD INN EXPRESS LAX REVIEWS

Four words: It’s a hidden gem. Stayed only one night due flight getting delayed, but I had stayed at a previous hotel up the street the previous week; the contrast was a night-day difference. This hotel impressed me with how clean and updated the bedrooms were. Crisp white linens, plenty of light, and nice toiletries. The staff was SO helpful and understanding when I called to explain my situation and were helpful from check in to check out. There was an odd smell in the elevator that I also encountered in the room, but once the fan was on it went away. Given its location to LAX, price and amenities in comparison to other similar hotels, this one is a hidden gem. Keep up the amazing job. Definitely returning here when stranded over in LA.

The low reviews on this must be the competition. This place is really nice. Everything is secured by badge so only hotel guests can enter. Front desk was really helpful and friendly. I arrived late and got excellent service. Rooms are spotless, bathroom perfect. The low reviews concerned me but don't believe it. Stay here if you want a low cost really relaxing stay. Definitely will book again. Also it was quiet despite. Eing near the main road.

I actually enjoyed my stay here. It's obviously not in the best location but I felt safe and had a great night's sleep. All the staff were sweet and helpful except one girl in the afternoon/evening had a bit of attitude but not enough to ruin my day. I would absolutely stay here again. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and perfect for my weekend.
