FOUNTAIN POINTE LAS COLINAS REVIEWS

We have been here for a month now. To say we love it is an understatement. We are home. The peace and quietness makes us feel like we are the only ones residing here. We are forever grateful to Mariella for tirelessly working hard to help us move in here. All we did was tell her what we were looking for and she did her magic. And before long, we found ourselves here. The view from our unit is magical. Sunset watching has become our new hobby. Thank you again for the warm welcome Mariella.

I moved here without setting foot in the apartment before I moved in. Liz and Norma and all the staff that I spoke with made this move very easy. The apartment was cleaned and ready for move in As promised. Had some small things I needed attended too and they were quickly settled. Love this place!!.

I have had a great experience thanks to Norma! She was great from the first time I had spoken to her. I am new to the Dallas area, and needed somewhere quick, and she made it happen. My move in was smooth and any issue I did have, it was fixed. The hallways are clean, lobby and pool area look great as well. Quiet building, and neighbors seems very nice. I left my dogs ball in the dog park area, and it was still there the next day. Thank you so much Norma! Very happy with my new place.

Everything from contacting the property, submitting the application, touring the property, signing the lease and moving in was absolutely seamless. Cindy is the absolute BEST and we have enjoyed living here so far and don’t foresee that changing. There is soooo much to do around us, and the property has a lot of events for the residents. I highly recommend living at Via Las Colinas!.

I enjoyed living at Via Las Colinas and I moved because I needed a larger space. My time here was great and some things that stood out were the office team and the spectacular views. The people in the office are so kind and their communication is on point. They hold monthly events for the community and you can tell they put thought into it (the food is good!). The views I will miss so much. It’s beautiful on the lake and the complex has comfortable seating areas where you can enjoy the view or you can take a walk on the sidewalk around the lake. It’s never overcrowded and everyone is courteous to clean up after their dogs and keep them leashed. I would recommend living here.

We have been living at Via Las Colinas from almost a year and its wonderful staying here. The Lake is simply exceptional and we go for a walk almost everyday it's so beautiful. The community and amenities are also really good and the most favorite part is the community events, they are the best i have seen till now. The management is also really great and very responsive and there is great parking structure too for the cars. There is a constant effort to keep the community clean and alive which makes it even more better to stay.
