Most pleasant experience and best service I have had from any Vendor I have had this year. Your representative Raymond was excellent. I have ordered a couple of valance for my existing blinds and would like to request him to install them.

Raymond took down the blinds and reinstalled them after the window and patio door installation. He was very professional, friendly and quite efficient. He really did his job well!

Raymond arrived at the beginning of the two hour window and my blind warranty work was repaired in 5 minutes for free. Very pleasant and knowledgeable, as he has been in this field for 14 years and working for this company for 5 years. Would definitely use again.

We worked with Reba as our design consultant and Jeremy as our installer. Both were great and very knowledgeable through the whole process and the blinds look great! We were missing some end caps when Jeremy came out to install, but he called to get them ordered for us while he was on site.
