My experience at the Pomelo has been an overall pleasant one. From day one Perla Nunez at the Leasing office was engaging and very professional. She took her time explaining and assisting us with the leasing process, and went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service. Development wise the property site was well designed. The units are contemporary and come with energy efficient appliances. No design detail was left out. Even after 15 months, I look forward each day to living in my cozy apartment. Management does an overall good job of properly notifying residents of important issues, while the maintenance personnel keep the outside grounds and common areas clean and in an orderly manner. Yes, any leasing property may run into issues, but it’s not a reflection of management, for the most part it is an isolated incident with a tenant who is not following common sense rules. The Pomelo is a very nice community. I also enjoy Perla’s creativity in coordinating monthly events which are fun and meaningful for the residents to take advantage of and enjoy. It is a positive demonstration of her goodwill and coordinated effort towards the residents of the Pomelo apartments.

Moving into this apartment complex was one of the best decisions my partner and I have made! From day one, the leasing staff has gone above and beyond to make this feel like home. They’re responsive, kind, and always finding ways to build a sense of community — from fun events and food trucks to thoughtful raffles and giveaways! Huge thank you to Perla for making sure any questions were always answered and that we felt supported through the whole move in process. We truly appreciate her and her dedication! The amenities are clean and well-maintained, and any maintenance requests we’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. We love how peaceful the property is, and it truly feels safe and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares, where there’s a balance of quiet comfort and community fun, this is it. We’re really grateful to call this home.

Perla is the absolute sweetest! She made the application process easier than I thought it would be and she went above and beyond ANY leasing agent I've ever worked with. My Husband and now live in this beautiful community thanks to her and her team (Alex & Rosa). I could not ask for a better experience. Great service!!.

The staff at Walden pond has been nothing short of amazing . I’ve been in the market for an affordable apartment for months and have failed epically . From the time I called the property the receptionist set me up with an appointment to come fill out an application . Lindy and Mara assisted me every step of the way and has made my stay here remarkable and unforgettable. Also the maintenance team is nothing short of amazing , very efficient and fast when it comes to maintenance repairs whether large or small they handle it effortlessly. If your looking for an affordable great community I definitely recommend Walden Pond.
