STADIUM HOTEL REVIEWS

Amazing experience for concert last night. Nice, friendly staff in lobby and hotel bar/restaurant. No room service but you can place your order downstairs and they package it to go. Restaurant was open until 1am so that was great after a late night. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Included continental breakfast exceeded expectations. Would definitely book again for another event. About the shuttle service: We arrived and booked the shuttle to the venue and were given a time to leave. They were running late when we came down but not a problem as we were warned it was a busy night so we booked half hour earlier than we had anticipated and ended up at the stadium when we were planning on anyway. Loved the communication. Coming back was a breeze, they had a plaque for the shuttle and we waited 5 minutes an we were back in the hotel in 10 minutes. So easy! Great system and service.

Great place to stay when attending an event at the stadium. Easy walk, even though if you Google it, it doesn't show accessibility, but that's not true. Although not able to walk any other attractions or restaurants. All the staff we came in contact with was so nice. Everything was clean. The only complaint is that the highway side had a lot of road noise. Impressive continental breakfast included, and was on the top floor with 360° views. The kids enjoyed the pool and putt putt. We had a great experience.

I only went to this hotel because it's close to the Hard Rock Stadium. The continental breakfast was delicious and they had fresh cooked eggs, potato and sausage. People were friendly. Can easily walk to the stadium may take 45 minutes to get there walking. I took 7 minute Uber going over there but walking coming back. Good location wise

HOLIDAY INN MIAMI WEST REVIEWS

Stayed at this location during a business trip to the greater Miami area and frankly couldn't be more pleased with the stay. First off, the best thing about this stay has been the customer service, starting with the lady at the front desk, Virginia. She is without a doubt one of the nicest ladies you could ever hope to meet, especially after a trying day of travel. Absolutely phenomenal service. I also had wonderful interactions with other employees at this location that have made the stay worth coming back if I am in the area again. Room was nice too, very clean and comfortable to relax in as well as get some work done in between meetings in the area. Definitely recommended if looking for a place north of the airport. Cheers.

Incredibly kind staff and comfortable beds. I ended up here after a series of delays into the night. I was stressed dialing for a bed at 1am. As soon as I talked to this team, everything got better. My room was comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was tasty. And they even had a toothbrush for me since mine was trapped in my luggage still somewhere on the tarmac. Bathrooms could use a refresh but honestly it was a perfect stay amidst a bout of chaos. The airport shuttle is also a convenient and free way to get to the airport. Runs every hour on the hour.

Let me say that check in was great!!! My Mom and I were here on vacation. It was more like a 2-in-1 vaca. We came here 3 days before our cruise date, to get a little much needed rest and relaxation! We did get fairly decent rest, it’s so close to the highway so we were stuck listening to that! It wasn’t horrible, because we enjoy the sounds, but at times it was a bit much! But overall, our stay was wonderful.

MIAMI LAKES HOTEL REVIEWS

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a college game at Hard Rock Stadium. The king room was comfortable, clean and homey. The on-site amenities were a pleasant surprise and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great and I enjoyed being in a neighborhood setting. Great restaurants on the main street, too.

Just went to have dinner with family. Very nice, music was at a decent level so we could talk with each other, and food and service was amazing. I do recommend that the waiters be trained in what a gluten allergy or disease is and that your menu will note which dishes are gluten free.

We needed a walk in shower. Didn't get it the first night but they found it for the second night. They provided roll away beds as needed.
