I’ve been living here for two years and it’s been an incredible experience. The apartments are comfortable, well maintained and have a modern design that really makes me feel at home. One of the strongest points of Richland Falls is its quiet and safe environment. The community is pleasant, and the administration staff is always willing to help with any concerns. In addition, maintenance is efficient and they respond quickly to any request. The location is also ideal. It is close to shops, restaurants and everything I need for day to day. And access to Walmart in Rutherford is a great advantage for my purchases! If you are looking for a comfortable, well located and well-adjusted place, I would definitely recommend Richland Falls Apartments. Here I have found a real home!

This place of living is the best place I have lived since becoming an adult! Anything that is needing to be fixed, taking care of or anything else the maintenance team is on their way! It has 2 good parks for my dog to run and play at and the community of this place is very nice and sweet! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone if they asked! Pricing is definitely by far the best for what you get! And I love the pool area! Thank you Richland falls for allowing this be my home in my early 20s! Great memories are definitely being shared!

I love love love Richland Falls! As a single mom, I feel so safe living here. The office staff is fabulous, warm and welcoming. The maintenance guys get the job done quickly and professionally. Best complex ever!!!!

Chelsea Place is a beautiful apartment community. We were looking for a 2 bed/1 bath and applied here, but the unit we wanted was taken. Abigail (Leasing Professional) worked with us to find a similar floor plan and made a couple adjustments to help it fit our budget. Abigail provided excellent customer service throughout the move-in. And she’s just one of six—management at Chelsea Place is solid.

My husband and I moved to Chelsea Place back in February after months of searching. I can honestly say moving here was one of the best decisions we have made. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the dog park is perfect for our two German Shepherds. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thats looking. Also all the girls in the office are so sweet and truly make you feel welcome and at home. Abby is awesome!!!!!

This is my sister and I’s first apartment, and tbh i don’t think we could have found a better choice! The unit we chose has plenty of space for both of us at a very fair price, tons of amenities we can use, and (my favorite) no breed restrictions on dogs! Plus, the process of getting our first apartment was stressful but the office team was GREAT!! I love it here and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Murfreesboro!
