I’ve been living at Atlantic on the Ave for a while now, and I have to say, Ally, the property manager, is absolutely amazing! She genuinely cares about the residents and it shows in everything she does. She’s always friendly, approachable, and quick to address any concerns. It’s clear she enjoys her job and takes pride in running the property. She’s made living here a fantastic experience, and honestly, she definitely deserves a raise for all her hard work and dedication. I love how she manages everything so efficiently and with such a positive attitude. Highly recommend!

Just moved in here at Atlantic on the Avenue and all the staff and neighbors have been extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s managed well and the grounds are well taken care of. I had an issue with the ceiling fan in the master and maintenance fixed it the very next day. Shout out to Boomer, the maintenance tech, he was prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend the Atlantic in the Avenue to anyone.

I have had a great experience with Alex Maximov as my leasing consultant. I reached out to him all the way from NJ looking for a new apartment for my dog and I. From the very beginning, he has been extremely helpful, professional, and always willing to respond to any question or problem I've had. At first, the reviews made me hesitant, but I decided to check out the whole process myself I did multiple tours asked many questions and also did several drive-bys during random times just to get a feel of the community as a whole my experience from what I’ve seen with the community is that they have gotten Rid of a lot of the problem tenants. The grass has been cut. I do see a lot of open vacancies my experience with my leasing agent has been phenomenal. Like I said I did several months of research before committing, and I asked Jailene Ramos, who was my leasing and I had many questions I sent to her via text. Several emails. She followed up within a timely manner was very professional and very kind. Very understanding. I highly recommend them. I actually referred my brother. He signed a lease, and I have referred them to another friend as well. My suggestion to anyone who may be hesitant is to do your own due diligence, and if you do have any issues escalate, don’t be afraid to escalate it. I even found the corporate office information. I did a lot of research. I love my unit. It is exactly what I wanted and thanks again Jailene for being awesome.

Kimberly has been wonderful from the very beginning! I am currently a new resident and she has made the move in process very easy and streamline. Any questions and concerns I had she was able to address in a prompt manner. She is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills!
