I was highly satisfied for the 2nd time I've had my BMW 528 repaired at European Road & Racing. I drop my vehicle off just before close on Thursday for my Friday appointment and got my repaired vehicle back before close on Friday. Ashley was truly a blessing and handle everything with the upmost professionalism. I was very happy with my repair bill. It was truly fair. As a woman, we always have to worry about fair pricing and service. So, we go to YouTube unversity, the family mechanic and even several repair shops for estimates. I didn't tell ERR any of this nor what I thought the issue was. I waited for them to tell me what the issues was after diagnosing my vehicle. Well, ER&R has put me to eased and earn my business. Their service and price is on point and so far, the best. I will return for my future auto repairs. There is a unexplainable peace when you get a job done and you don't feel taken advantage of. I reached out to Lawrence on Memorial Day while on the side of 526, Lawrence immediately setup a tow truck and had a diagnostic and estimate sent to my phone within 3 hours, the tech took 10 photos and explain my concern to me in a was that was easy for me to understand , honest and clear. The fuel injector I needed was only available through the dealership so we were expecting our vehicle back in a little over a week, the day the part arrived they worked me in and got this single dad back on the road ! I will absolutely be recommending A+ to all of my family and friends.
