I absolutely love living here! The community is so warm and welcoming — it truly feels like home. The maintenance team is incredible, especially Izzy! He’s always so professional, kind, and quick to help with any request. He even goes above and beyond — like bringing Amazon packages inside when there’s a service request placed. That level of care really shows how much they value the residents here. The amenities are fantastic — three beautiful pools, great grills for family gatherings, and everything is always well-kept. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a true community, where people care and everything is beautifully maintained, this is it. You won’t regret living here!

I love Cortland portofino place the amenities and food trucks it’s just an overall great experience living here!!! Vanessa, Farlonne and Ez are the best!!! They are super helpful and understanding!! My favorite part of this place is the two story gym that’s well maintained and the pools did I mention the four pools truly unbelievable remarkable place to live

We've lived here for years and it's been a wonderful place. Everyone in the office has always been kind to us, and the parties and events are well-organized and super fun. Chris and his team especially did a phenomenal job with the recent Halloween event! I'm excited to see what else they'll host in the future.

I stopped in to tour the 2 bedroom apartment. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jeff. He showed me the plethora of amenities and then the 2 bedroom. The property offers both garden style and mid-rise apartments. I would definitely recommend this property as it’s close to downtown and the beaches and offer one of the best amenities in the area.

Casa Mara provides everything we’ve been looking for while living in the Palm Beaches. A friendly, considerate community , a beautiful living space both inside and out and access to the best South Florida has to offer - all right here

I am very happy at Casamara… Since I moved here, I see Florida and this place as my paradise. The maintenance team is truly one of a kind, as is the management team. Casamara is my home.

I am really impressed by how organized the package room in this building is. I came with my friend to pick up my Amazon packages, and there was a concierge organizing everything in a very efficient and easy-to-find way. Congratulations to the team for such a great job!

I visited this building and it’s absolutely beautiful. The pool is stunning, the people are incredibly friendly, and the concierge is very attentive. I would visit this building as many times as possible.

Had a terrific tour of the building with Tamara. She was great very informative.
