Arcadian Apartments

We have been living here for the last eight months. It is a very good apartment with amenities like gym, pool, spa etc and with a safe environment. The necessary shops for every day’s living and banks are located in a walking distance. We have a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment with a sun-kissed patio and the sweeping view of mount diablo. Most importantly, the apartment management/staff is exceedingly gracious and efficient. They are easy to reach and approachable and handle our complaints and requests in a timely and fair way. Special thanks to Lara who personally assisted us from the very first day. We are also thankful to Jason who is very skillful to understand the tenants' need and provide the support accordingly. They arranged an apartment for us within a very short duration realizing our urgency while we were new in CA. I love to stay in this beautiful apartment.

This is one of the best apartments community I've lived in so far. Management was friendly, professional and very clear on any communication. whenever I asked for any repairs or fixes they did it quickly withing a week. Whenever I visited the office for rent check or help, someone was always be there for help. Thank you management for your great work and service.

Clean, pretty, and well accommodated with large swimming pool and hot tub, a full laundry room, and a small gym that is located near the pool and has excellent lighting with wrap around windows. Plus upstairs apartments have skylights for extra lighting.
