3 Best Furniture Stores in Concord, CA

We got excellent service in the Concord, CA store, while selecting our pieces and everything was delivered to us out of state in a timely way. We love our furniture. A couple months ago, we ordered by telephone and decided to pick the furniture up ourselves in St. Louis, MO. Sarah helped us to order the furniture and when it arrived at the stored, as promised she called me to tell me the box dimensions to make sure I could fit it in the back of my truck. Unfortunately, she wasn't there when we picked up, but the store personnel got us loaded and everything worked out. Very good service.

Staff is very nice and helpful, but not pressing on you. If you like mid-century modern. industrial, minimalist styles you can definitely find something you like there. Prices are in the mid-range for this kind of furniture and sometimes you can score a deal on sale. Nice white glove delivery. I am a bug fan of online, but this is the case when going in person was totally worth it.

Excellent service from the beginning to delivery. Sara was super helpful with choosing the furnitures and scheduling the delivery. At the delivery Fred and Jonathan were super quick, clean and helpful setting everything up. Definitely go to place, easy 5 stars! they all do their job perfectly, thank you.

Amazing Customer Service! A huge thank you to the team at World Market for keeping the store open a few extra minutes to accommodate us as we drove an hour to make a return. Special thanks to store manager Paul and Jason, who handled the return with a smile, even as I felt guilty for keeping them waiting. The customer service was outstanding—I saw all the employees smiling and eager to help. We are long time fans of World Market and this took it to a whole new level. Love the selection of items. Always love browsing because i feel like they have slightly different things monthly. The international food selection is very clutch. Abundance of holiday decor months in advanced. Excellent place to find things you never knew you wanted or needed.

This is a well maintained and operated store, with an attentive and engaged staff. Our checkout clerk Rose was fantastic, very helpful and polite. We went last minute Christmas Shopping and were pleasantly surprised how much was still available, and filled up our cart with Christmas Goodies for the whole family.
