They were great. Everyone was really kind and helpful. I spoke with the owner who shuttled me home while they were working on my car, and he told me more about why he and his wife started the shop. An overall great experience. It was a bit more expensive for labor than I realized, though they did go through the price so it was on me for not asking more questions. Overall, I would absolutely recommend.

Very knowledgeable staff that do work of only the highest quality. They’re very helpful and took the time to explain any questions I had Regarding the work work on my Mercedes-Benz. I am a repeat customer, and happily so. I highly recommend Contra Costa Auto Service for diagnostics and repairs.

Great experience, i had an issue with my car shaking and they were able to fix my brakes same day! They drove it to ensure no more shaking to perfection and i’m truly grateful. The whole process was easy and comfortable. They were upfront about pricing and very helpful throughout the process. I will be returning for any issue now.

Five Star was recommended to me by a friend when I moved to Walnut Creek. They have not disappointed. Prices are appropriate to cover labor without huge upcharges like you find at chain shops. The service sets them apart. Sometimes there’s a wait to get in, as long as you can deal with that, this is where to go.
