I want to gratefully thank and acknowledge Ali who worked with me in a smooth and effortless purchase of my new Lexus RX350h! He was an excellent communicator, polite, kind, clear, and accommodating through every step of my visit! While I had test driven the vehicle at another dealership a month prior, Lexus of Concord had the model I wanted. Ali regularly texted me with new models that came in over several weeks- having never met me. His follow up was fantastic! This sold me on superior customer service and better availability of stock over the two other dealerships. My financing experience also went quick and smoothly with Ali #2. Finally, Stephen was kind and patient in teaching me all the electronic features of my new car. Nice touch! Plus a beautiful big red ribbon on top when it was ready to drive out! After car shopping for a month, going into dozens of different dealerships, I never encountered a car salesman as kind and helpful as Tommy. I would refer this dealership to anyone knowing that Tommy would provide the same level of customer service that he gave me. He’s a true gem and an outstanding representation of your dealership.

We had the best experience buying a car EVER here at concord Honda. We were greeted by Jose who helped us figure out what we wanted and then Ali came and finished the deal. They were both so helpful and Ali helped us to get our dream car at a wonderful price. We would absolutely buy here again and recommend all of our friends to this location.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience at Toyota Concord! Went in a few days ago on Memorial Day & Katrina was there to greet me at the door. She was so attentive & checked in on me throughout my time there. She was wonderful! Jordan was my salesperson and I felt so lucky to have him walk me through everything. Love Concord Toyota! Jordan Kurz was fantastic and kept me in the loop during the long wait for the highly sought after Grand Highlander Hybrid Max. The trade in of my old vehicle was easy, and the purchase process was a breeze. Although the financing rates were good through Toyota, the finance manager Rick Marin understood that we wanted to use our own bank, and he was a joy to finalize the deal with.
