Cortland - Hollywood, FL - is amazing. The apartments are clean and modern, as are all the amenities. The clubhouse is an amazing spot to get work or studying done. It always smells amazing, and the free coffee makes the residents stop in and have a chat with each other. Management throws family-friendly themed events that leave my nephew making friends with smiles on his face. Maintenance is quick, friendly, and helpful. It really feels like we live in a community here! Also Sam in the management office is super nice!
Tanner did an amazing job both times I have had him perform maintenance on my unit. Both times he came within 1 hour of being called, which is amazing for an apartment complex. He did a great job, is extremely friendly, and didn’t leave until he was sure he fixed the issue. Thanks Tanner.
I have been living here for over two and a half years there has certainly been ups and downs but ever since Johanna Lynch came to the property there has been a noticeable improvement. She is very easy talk to and has a great personality. She is 5 star quality.
