I was referred to Window Blinds Direct by my brother-in-law who had seen the installation of blinds done by this company. I reached out to the company and spoke to Michael who was cordial and extremely helpful in explaining the process from choosing the blinds to the installation. Michael came to our house with all the samples (which were a lot) that we could chose from and explained which blinds would be the best fit depending on what my wife and I were looking to achieve. Once we decided on the blinds that we wanted he spent a lot of time to take measurements to ensure that the blinds would fit perfectly. As soon as the blinds became available, Michael called to inform us. Within a couple of days he came with the installer and I was amazed at how quickly the installation was complete. It was done to perfection and I would not hesitate in recommending this company to install your window blinds.

Michael was great from start to finish. We discussed various blinds during his initial visit and he recommended the perfect option for my situation. He did the installation himself and did a wonderful job. One of the windows needed a custom fit and he gladly reinstalled that blind upon my request. Excellent quality, good price, great customer service. And I have no doubt that Michael would be very responsive if any issues come up in the future. No need to shop further for your blinds. Michael is the man.

Extremely pleased with the shutters this company produces. Solid, well made. Did my homework and the cost was fair and the service was 6 out of 5 stars. We got some installed for our first floor over 20 years ago and they still look new. So pleased we got some installed last year on the second floor. Highly recommended.
