My personal experience when I was in an accident and I had to get my stuff out of my totalled vehicle from an accident that wasn't my fault. 0.5 stars. They weren't rude. I was struggling with a 3 wheeled walker. Stitches still in my face. However I work nights. I came home tonight to slightly more than a few police cars and a 3 wheeled scooter thing and a dude sitting looking sad and in trouble leaning on a street light. I don't know what he did, but it looked like his left front tire was flat. Anyhow I actually watched it get towed. I think the guys name was Rohan. He was so super careful and respectful to the vehicle. I was super impressed. He's a good employee. Treat him well. He gets 5 stars.

This is an Amazing Company. The employees...Sandy and Tray went above and beyond what anyone would do to help me. Although, I now see why...The mentoring and leadership from the owner and his son is what fosters a positive work environment and generates an exceptional business that not only says we're a good business but demonstrates through their actions the love that we are supposed to share with one another. I got stranded in the middle of the turnpike, Tony from Superior Towing came to assist. As dangerous to the situation, since we were in that middle of the expressway, he proceeded to explain how they worked in a very professional manner. Then he towed my car quickly. Even the cop in the scene was surprised of his skills. I wanted to thank Tony S. for his assistance and to make that whole situation much easier.

Just had a great experience with John. He arrived promptly, was very professional and had my car towed to the dealership of my choice. Once we met the interaction only took a few minutes and we were on our way. Fantastic service on Easter Sunday. Very impressive. Thank you.

Got a blown out tire late at night, called alot of places nobody would answer. These guys were prompt, respectful and punctual. Usually I have to wait hours, Chris helped me bring my truck home. Very nice and helpful guy, highly recommend.
