We had a relatively smooth move in. Wholehearted thank you to Daniel Martinez and maintenance staff. The apartment is full of natural light and in good condition. We had a few minor issues with plumbing and light fixtures which were addressed within hours. Big thanks again to Daniel who really made the experience a good one.
Mario is the heart of the place, and the hardest working person within a 10 mile radius. Single-handedly makes sure that the entirety of K-Street is running with no issues, and does so with a smile on his face. Thank you for everything, Mario!
Throughout my time at K Street Flats, Daniel Martinez has been patient and kind. He responded promptly to my emails and was quick to help me resolve any issues. His hard works are much appreciated.
