It’s very rare that people have a wonderful experience and an automotive repair shop, but that’s exactly what I had. Not only was the staff, friendly and extremely courteous, but they provided me with a report on my classic Mercedes-Benz that walked me through each and every aspect of the service. Furthermore, they prioritized issues that needed to be addressed immediately, and other items that could wait. This is exactly what I’m looking for in a shop and I couldn’t recommend them more. Additionally, the work that they did do on the vehicle was top-notch. By far the best experience at any shop I’ve had to date .

This is a solid spot for BMW-adjacent makes like my Mini that's out of warranty. Dealership level service but not the price. Oil change was very reasonable, and the free inspection was thorough with photos and detailed descriptions provided by the service writer. Definitely recommended.

My experience with German auto was excellent. They take good care of me and my car. I would recommend them to all my friend.

Patti's mechanics know what they're doing, and even better, so does Patti. Her communication and pricing are straightforward and her shop is welcoming. I've had negative experiences with traditional car-repair businesses overseen by men who seem to assume that women are incapable of understanding basic mechanical issues. Consequently, they either don't bother clearly explaining the problem or take financial advantage of the situation. Or both. But in more than 25 years, I've never had a negative experience at Patti's. And thanks to her, my 26-year-old Subaru Legacy station wagon is still running.

Patti is an icon, and her team is the best. I felt welcome and cared for from the moment I stepped into the shop, and I will definitely be back! Also, if you're lucky, you'll come across the adorable office pups. Highly recommend.

My husband drive by Model Garage everyday on the way to his GYM, and he told me to try them. I checked their reviews and decided to take my Honda hybrid civic car. I called and set an appointment and the guy on the phone was pleasant and helpful. I met with Robert who did the paper work. After checking my car he explained what they are going to do. They just did what was needed with no extra charges. I usually take my car to a Honda dealership who like to add extra stuff just to make extra money. I am very happy I found Model Garage and will be happy to recommend them. Thank you Robert, you have restored my faith in mechanics.

As always, Felix and other crew members treated us courteously and graciously. Felix listened to my concerns and explained the reasons my Volvo needed repairs in many areas. I know that I can call and get support if necessary. My car is old and needed special attention and received it. Thank you, Felix and crew.
