HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I lived at La Ventana for almost 2 years and I didn't have any problems! As a single woman, I felt very safe, the management was so friendly and very responsive whenever I needed anything. The maintenance team was amazing from minor requests to keeping the property looking amazing! The valet trash service was amazing, especially since I was on the 3rd floor! Lol Very convenient. If you are looking for a safe place to live, a friendly environment, accommodating management, and a place that really feels like a home, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND La Ventana on Academy Rd!

Honestly these apartments are beautiful! The office staff are always so helpful and welcoming. Especially Alyssa she is so friendly. The maintenance crew is top notch the best maintenance I have ever experienced! Always helpful and on top of everything from keeping the pool clean to maintenance Calls being fixed right away they are the best! The area is super quite and the apartments and rooms are very open and spacious. I have lived here for almost a year and not once had any issues.

We appreciate Ray, our maintenance guy, very much. Any work order we've put in has been taken care of in a timely manner, he is personable and takes care of the apt community.
