Vincent was absolutely amazing! Having issues with your car battery is never a fun experience let alone is it an experience that comes without stress. Vincent not only was amazing at communicating before he arrived, but he was great at not only communicating what he was doing while the service was being performed, but also keeping it fun and lighthearted which really helped keep the stress levels really low. He was able to figure out what was wrong very quickly and provided so much reassurance. Vincent definitely gave top-notch customer experience and if that’s any indicator of how Dugger‘s road rescue operates then you’re in great hands.

Starter in my car went out in an Albertson's parking lot and I had to call for roadside assistance. David was my driver and he was extremely friendly and did a fantastic job. He got my car towed and parked quickly and efficiently. I almost wish I could request that he be my personal tow truck person! Thank you so much, David and to Dugger's Towing for providing me with roadside assistance!

They were prompt and on time. The did a great job and stayed until I was able to start my car. Great service, thank you!

MACYS TOWING LLC REVIEWS

We highly recommend Macy’s towing. Our rental car broken down during our road-trip in a remote area. Several local towing services turned our job request down. Despite being out of the local area, Macy’s towing accepted our request overnight and dispatched a driver early the next morning. Ryan showed up on time and was able to load the car quickly even though it was completely shut down. He also gave our whole group a ride to the car rental to get a new car as there was no Uber available in the area. Thank you Ryan and the Macy’s team for helping us get back on the road safe!

I was in a snow bank and needed some help. This wonderful gentleman answered the phone on a snowing day and came 45 min to come help me out of the snow. It was amazing. I would highly recommend this company. Their help was perfect after I had called lots of people that couldn’t help me because they didn’t have 4 wheel drive. This company gets my 5 stars.

Outstanding service, wife accidentally drove vehicle off the side of the road in Edgewood and got stuck. Driver came out and was very knowledgeable on how to recover the vehicle with minimal damage. When vehicle was recovered there was absolutely zero damage. Excellent tow skills and very friendly. Highly recommend. I would absolutely use again.

Took my vehicle in for some self-pay work. Friendly staff, the young man JoJo put together a quick estimate on my vehicle and was very professional Very professional and attentive. They communicated with me the entire way through the process. My vehicle came out great would definitely recommend.

Extremely helpful. Help me navigate same day service with AAA as well and saved me a large sum of money for my tow from Trinidad to Denver. This really helped with my move from Louisiana into the Denver area when it went. The driver was friendly and prompt. Couldn't ask for more.

I was impressed that this was the only company that answered my call on a Sunday evening. Not only did the tow truck driver, Hugo, arrive at my location within 20 minutes, but he also provided exceptional service by carefully towing my car straight into my garage. Hugo was kind, professional, and made the whole process easy. On top of that, their rates were very affordable. Highly recommended!
