Villa La Charles

Sara the property manager was absolutely wonderful. She makes herself available and she’s professional, answers all your questions, provides you with all of the information you’re wanting and needing and makes the getting started process super easy. The property is lovely, the apartments amenities were exactly what I was looking for, and the residents seem great!! Thankful to have found a great community that accommodates all I was wanting and needing!

Just finished my move in, and it has been nothing but great!!! Summer and Sarah offered amazing customer service and were very helpful with any and all questions that I had. Great location, that has pretty much everything you need within a 10 minute drive. Looking forward to my time to be spent here at Villa La Charles!!

I would like to take a moment and say how impress I am with this complex. I have lived here for the past year and the management has been so helpful. They go out of the say to say hi and ask me every time I go in how I am doing. This to me is very welcoming compared to being in a place where its very cold. Although I am looking for a house to buy I would strongly recommend this place.
