EMBASSY SUITES BY HILTON ALBUQUERQUE REVIEWS

Embassy Suites is an excellent hotel and one of our favorite places to stay! We've been coming here regularly with our kids, and they absolutely love it. The rooms are always clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly. The hotel itself is very well maintained, and the amenities—like the complimentary breakfast and evening reception—are a big plus. It's a great value for what you get, and we always feel relaxed and well taken care of. The only downside we've experienced is that one of the front desk staff members can be a bit rude and seems to have an attitude. It’s unfortunate, because everyone else we’ve interacted with has been helpful and professional. That one experience hasn’t stopped us from returning, but it does stand out compared to the otherwise great service. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, especially if you're traveling with family. We’ll definitely continue coming back.

We had the pleasure of staying here for two nights, and the service was exceptional! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. Despite the long line for custom omelets, the chefs remained friendly and attentive, quickly processing orders with great courtesy. The rooms were spotless and beautifully updated. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will certainly return in the future.

Nice, clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a beautiful lobby. Small but functional pool and gym areas. The best thing about this place though is the included buffet breakfast with a fantastic omelette station!! The family loved being able to just go up and get whatever they wanted and the omelettes were always made to perfection! I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

HOTEL ALBUQUERQUE AT OLD TOWN REVIEWS

Was here for a conference, didn't stay at the hotel. The conference rooms were great! One of the better settings I've been to. Location is near Old Town which was great to walk around in. Service wise I didn't interact with hotel staff, but the restaurant in the hotel was so understaffed we couldn't get a table for lunch during the conference, we ordered take out and ate during the breakout sessions. The host was sweet as can be about it which was appreciated. But disappointing to not be able to get lunch quick right there.

We just had the most amazing wedding this weekend at Hotel Albuquerque and all I can say is, 10/10 experience. From the beautiful property, customer service, and the food..we couldn’t have been happier with our experience here. We had over 10+ rooms booked and all of our guests loved the rooms and hospitality. Thank you Jasmine, Lila, Melissa, and all of the staff who helped make our dreams become a reality.

A nice hotel in the Old Town area of the city and within walking distance of many good restaurants and the historic Old Town District. A really nice lobby for working and they always have coffee and tea on hand for guests. Recommended!

Was there for a conference and the staff was so nice and welcoming. The food was great. Rooms were spacious, clean and hotel was well taken care of. The bar area was great for socializing.

I stay at this hotel frequently. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location close to lots of food and shopping.
