I have lived here for 4 years and love it. Always clean and really nice neighbors. The staff is incredibly nice, understanding, and reasonable. The maintenance guys here are THE BEST. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are prompt and just overall friendly guys. Can’t recommend these apartments enough!
The office staff (Karen, Madison, Mike) are extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about their residents. The maintenance staff is great, all requests are handled promptly. The amenities are amazing! I have really enjoyed living here.
My dishwasher problem was dealt with the very next day after I reported it to the office. It was diagnosed and a new part was bought & installed the day after that. The One Midtown service person did a great job and my dishwasher is working fine now. Thanks to the people at One Midtown for great prompt service.
