3 Best Furniture Stores in Wilmington, NC

The large selection of recliners at La-Z-Boy allowed me to get a pair of recliners that actually look like accent chairs which is what I wanted. I looked at several other places, but could only find traditional bulky recliners at these other furniture stores. My salesperson, Jacob, was outstanding in not only showing my husband and me several different options of "accent" recliners (that are also very comfortable) from which to choose, but also in helping me select fabric and colors that look beautiful with my current furniture and wall color. I highly recommend La-Z-Boy and especially Jacob at the Wilmington, NC store.

I knew what I needed and desired in a recliner, but Emily guided me expertly with her knowledge of the products and what I could experience first hand with various options and this allowed me to make the final choice that met all of my criteria for a confident purchase.

My experience at La-Z-Boy was very positive, Joseph was the Sales associate which explained everything to me about my protection plan if anything happened to the furniture he walked over way to make sure the furniture is in perfect condition. He explained how to use the remote. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

We have made many strolls through Ashley looking for the right couch. A few months ago, we were helped by Skyler but just wasn’t ready to make the purchase with just moving and other expenses tied to that move. Yesterday, we went back and spoke with Skyler. Not only did we make the purchase, but we had a great conversation with one of the most honest and caring salesman I have met. My partner and myself both work in sales and customer service and appreciate when you come across someone so caring and understanding of what you are looking for without being pushy and throwing various products at you just to grab a sale. We will most definitely be back and will work with Skyler again!! Great store experience but even greater person.

When we determined that the sofa we selected would not fit we asked Skylar if he could find something that would work. He recommended that we look at a couple of love seats that were marginally smaller than our sofa requirements. We ultimately found a very comfortable love seat. Since the love seat was under our sofa budget we also found a new kitchen table w/chairs and a new TV stand. Skylar was very patient and waited for us to make a decision without any hard sell from him. Without a doubt this was the best furniture shopping that we have ever experienced.

We met Dane Thompson when we walked into Ashley furniture. He was pleasant and shared the sales going on. We looked around, Dane didn't pressure us . He was available to answer questions.
