Parkside at Mirabeau

We have lived here for 5 years. The Manager and co workers, have been so amazing. Since the new manager has come in. We decided to stay here. Bill in mantanance is there for you, when something needs fixing or replaced. He is so kind when in your appartment. The snow is removed quickly. In the summer the ground are well kept. I would say overall it's a safe place to be. They let you be and don't over manage. The only time you hear from management is when a memo is left at your door or they check your appartment for working smoke detectors, appliances, power washing hallways or clogged pipes.

I was interested in renting an apartment here and talk to Meghan Reyes. She was extremely helpful, professional and just a breathe of fresh air. I have had alot of bad experiences when talking to rental agents. This was a wonderful experience! Highly recommended! Ask for Meghan!

Affordable housing with W/D in unit! Have been a tenant for almost three years with very minimal complaints. Always quick to get work orders handled, nice amenities.
