Pine Valley Ranch

I've lived at PVR for about three years now. the ladies in the office have always been very professional and very helpful for anything I've needed over the years. I just had maintenance needed done on my place. i scheduled it, and their team had some emergencies pop up so they weren't able to get to me right away, but they kept me informed and were able to get me in a few days later. Rob Lowe came and fixed not only what I asked him to, but he fixed something that I didn't request which to me is awesome. I respect anyone who takes their job seriously and goes above and beyond with such kindness. the whole team is great. keep up the good work Pine valley ranch.

my husband and i have enjoyed living at the pine valley ranch. we’ve ben apart of this community for almost 15 months. everyone at the leasing office is amazing and super helpful especially kaitlyn. i’ve also loved the area and community. they have little trails you can walk on and the amenities this place has, has made it that much better!! we stayed in the newer phase and the apartments are so beautiful and modern. there is also tons of parking so you don’t have to be forced to pay for a covered parking spot. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to move!!

My husband and I moved to Spokane recently and we have loved every minute of living at Pine Valley Ranch! My personal favorite thing to do here is stop by the leasing office to get a coffee and then go out on the hiking trails which are incredibly beautiful. I brag about this place all the time!!
