I have only been living here a few days, so it is a bit too soon to tell but I will say I am very impressed. My unit is clean, appliances are new as well as the cabinets. I love that it is a dog friendly community! Dog park is the biggest I have ever seen, and it is kept clean. The office staff is also super awesome! Fortunate i am able to live here!
5 star!!! Had a maintenance concern regarding my toilet water basin constantly running and the staff assisted and corrected the problem. Thank you!!
Excellent staff and very quick to take care of problems. Will definitely be staying here for the foreseeable future. Proud to call regency club my home.
