My husband and I were very pleased with the care and service we received at Full Throttle Automotive. We had received 2 recommendations to take our vehicle there for issues and could not have been happier. My SUV is running better than it ever has since we’ve owned it. After getting the much needed repairs completed on it, we left for a week long trip to Michigan the next day and it purred like a kitten. We felt the employees were very honest and reliable and went above and beyond to make sure we understood what needed to be done to get our SUV road ready for us. We are now lifelong customers and will refer everyone to them for service.

I cannot say enough about this place. They are the absolute best. They take such great care of my truck, I have never had bad experience here. They keep track of all the maintenance records and make sure to let me when I need to bring my truck in (because sometimes I forget) They are always friendly, helpful, and honest. I also love that they are involved in the community. I have been using full throttle for a while now and I’m never disappointed. They even know me when I call or when I walk in the door… I don’t always leave reviews but this place deserves a good one. Thanks for all you do to keep my truck running like it should.

This place was very helpful and willing to work with me patiently the moment I stepped into their building. They gladly helped me everytime I had to stop by or even if it was through text message, which they always got back with me in a very timely manner. Walter, David, and Preston helped me out a lot rather it be setting me up with a rental for as long as I needed it, trying to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, and even talking to my warranty company into paying for all the work that needed to be done. Highly recommend this place for others and definitely planning on going back.

Highly Recommend HAP!!! It was my first visit last week. I knew I needed new brakes but wasn’t sure the extent of the problem. There was a diagnostic scan done on my vehicle showing everything that needed to be taken care of at some point in time. Urgent was in red. Yellow and green items I was given time to think about and discuss with the professionals. Staff were EXTREMELY kind and helpful from beginning to end. Communication, work completion, and overall experience is top notch!! The 3 year warranty on PARTS and LABOR is a huge plus for anyone! I will definitely use HAP in the future and tell my friends and family about this experience. Thank you for taking great care of my vehicle and myself.

I made the trip all the way from Alabama because Hargett comes so highly recommended. I didn’t spend ton of money with them, but I certainly hope to spend more on future upgrades with Ryan and company. Professional, beyond competent, and communicative! Great folks to deal with.
