GREER'S FLOORING AMERICA REVIEWS

We recently had carpet replaced with wood flooring in our great room, and I just love the way it turned out. Any concerns I had about the height of the floor at the fireplace and patio door were quickly resolved. The installers were competent, well-mannered, and polite. Thanks to installers Jon, Brayden, and Cameron, and a big thank you to Dionte for taking the lead on this project. Thank you to the Greers Flooring Family; we will return for our next project!

Justin & Paul were outstanding. True professionals, very friendly and even helped us move a couple pieces of furniture and most important was always on time. Installation was superb.

LUMBER LIQUIDATORS REVIEWS

The store manager, Brandon, at the Evansville, IN store location is our HERO! After receiving our order for Butcher Block countertop several months ago, we discovered only recently the two 8'ft length counter tops received were completely different stave widths than the 12'ft length countertop & the island countertop. We were concerned this was going to be an issue getting this resolved as the order was placed and received 'months' ago, but we were only just getting to that part of our home remodel, so we were not aware the countertops were not a match until last month. I spoke to Brandon once the problem had been discovered, and NO QUESTIONS ASKED, Brandon said he would get this taken care of for us and get us what we needed. This was not an easy task for Brandon to resolve, but he persevered after much effort keeping us informed the whole time the status of his efforts. All has been resolved, and we are thrilled with both the product and the customer service Brandon extended to us. Much thanks with a special shout out to store manager, Brandon, of the Evansville, IN location.

Associates are very professional and helpful. They answered all the questions I had and made sure I was happy with everything.
