Kevin was efficient and professional. My son needed a replacement Key Fob on a Sunday and he was able to fit us into his busy schedule. Kevin manages to balance between a business owner and a longtime friend you would share stories with for hours. Made the mistake of calling a different company first that made me go through a call center and wanted to charge me an extra $20 service call. Called D & M second and they were quick to respond and unlocked our vehicle in a timely manner! Next time (I hope there isn’t a next time) they will be my first phone call.

Dawn did a great job. She communicated well through the whole process and explained everything while performing the job. Great prices with a stress free experience. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

Called them and they got me into my car quickly and cheap. Absolutely professional.
