Sofi at 50 Forest

Moved in about a month ago and have had a good experience with the building. The staff and maintenance team have been responsive with most issues getting a response within 1-2 days. They are thorough and make sure issues are resolved. I only wish package pickup was easier and there was a bit more transparency on when to expect delivered items. Enjoying it so far!

This review is solely for the maintenance staff. We have lived in the building for about four years, and every maintenance person we have met has been very kind and helpful for us (Jr, Cesar, John, and Kareem). Kareem is awesome. He is extremely helpful and gives good advice regarding the maintenance of our apartment.

It’s been a little under a year since moving in but so far it’s been one of my best leasing experiences. Management (James) is pretty communicative, maintenance is prompt and qualified, and the building is great. No paper thin walls or ceilings/floors, no vermin, good neighbors, and good amenities.
