Had a wonderful experience today. Scotty’s has a wonderful front desk manager named George, whom promptly greeted me and remembered an earlier phone conversation we had about an issue with a part that needed replacing. He was very friendly and professional and extremely honest in his dealings. The front office area was clean and inviting and George the front office manger let me know exactly how long it would take to replace the part. He offered a 21 point inspection for no charge and upon completion let me know exactly what the car may need done in the future. He didn’t push any extras on me and gave charged the exact amount we discussed before coming in. I am a new customer and as a female it is sometimes difficult to find honest shops that treat you with respect. I will continue to use there services in the future and I am a very happy customer. Thank you George and thank you Scotty’s. I will be back.

Passing through on a trip and broke down in a place we weren’t familiar with. We chose this place based on their reviews and have never been treated better by a business! Not only did they work all morning to figure out what the issue was but they made sure we were safe and taken care of during the wait. Sylvia at the desk was an absolute saint! Just when we thought we couldn’t be more impressed, Sylvia reached out to make sure that we were ok the next day. Words would never be enough to show how thankful we are for this garage and their kindness. If you are in need of any car repairs this place is 100% the best in the area, maybe even the best in the state.

Wow. This place is the real deal. They give 5 star service and at the same time give you the local owned feel. At a time where most businesses are cutting their service quality to just make an extra dollar, it's great to see that some are going above and beyond for their customers. Scotty's is that place that takes it's service seriously. I visited the location with an emergency on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and they handled the situation beyond my expectations. And all the staff is friendly and gracious. I will forever be a customer of Scotty's based on this experience. I recommend you use them too.

Great place to service your car at a reasonable price. The staffs there were very accommodating and understanding. George and Oscar were great people to work with. I've been there to repair airflow sensors to pass emission test and to body and mechanical damages incurred from hitting debris on a highway. I liked the fact that they were willing to let me to purchase my own parts to save costs and provided multiple price options when it came to buying parts for repairs. More importantly, they make a genuine effort to resolve any outstanding issue at little or no cost if your problem isn't resolved after an initial repair. The customer service here was great and the mechanical service was above satisfactory. I highly recommend for customers who are making out of pocket expenses for repairs.

Had a screw stuck in a tire that went from a slow leak to a quick leak fast. This is the first place we were able to find. They patched the flat in 15 minutes and had us on our way. Honest and a reasonable price. Would use them again if they were in my area.

Great Crew. I had a problem with my brakes and I was seen that day and had everything fixed within hours. I was given great service and everyone working was a gentleman. This will be my go to auto shop from here on out. 10/10 would recommend.
