I love this place! I have lived here almost three years and it's the best apartment I have lived in for a very long time. Management treats you very fairly, with respect and courtesy. The grounds are very well kept, anything that needs fixing gets done almost right away. They have recently painted the complex and now it's beautiful. I love the laminate floor too. I would recommend Blair's Cove to anyone looking for a nice place to live. There are a lot of Baylor students but also a lot of people that have lived here for a very long time.
WOW!! I have lived in this area my entire life and I am pleasantly surprised of the Amazing Improvements this property has gone through. It is beautiful. The staff is so inviting and makes you feel welcomed and not a pain in the rear. The grounds are immaculate. I toured the community for my friend and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious apartment and reasonable rates. Check them out. Their AWESOME!!
When I first moved in I had a lot of problems. BUT Brandy and her team did everything they could to get them all fixed, in a timely manner. Now I'm loving my apartment. The complex is very clean and quite. It's over all a really good place to live.
