Universal Windows Direct products made a major difference in the appearance of the house's exterior. The windows were individualized to the house's needs. Also, the quality of the windows far surpassed my expectations in addition to professionalism of the installation. The cleanup after installation of the windows was very thorough. Highly recommend this company to anyone seeking professional installation and quality product.

We love our windows from Universal Window! They look so much better than our old aluminum ones and our electric bills are so much lower. There were a couple bumps in the process, but the company took care of everything and treated us with respect throughout the process. I’d definitely use them again.

Chris Harness came out to our house to quote 3 replacement windows and repair to the framing around the windows. While he was here, we check other windows in the area and found that there where 4 or 5 other windows with water damage in the framing. The end result was he quoted 13 windows. The replacement windows arrived much quicker than I was told and the replacements and repairs where completed in less than 2 days. The workers where very professional and did a fabulous job. I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS. Chris was very knowledgeable about windows and explained everything really well when he came for our consultation. He was very patient and professional and answered all my questions. We went with this company because the price was affordable and he seemed to really know his stuff and we trusted that they would do a great job. The install went well and very quick. We stayed out of their way but the installers seemed polite and respectful and also made sure to clean up their work area. They also hauled away the old windows. From start to finish the process was very easy and everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. So far besides the windows looking beautiful, they block out more noise and light from the outside. I can't wait to have them open everyday in the spring. I will Def recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows.

My experience could not have been better. ..from the consultation visit to completion, the staff were very helpful. I was especially impressed that they offered window options and ideas without me asking so I was able to choose a fabulous product the other company I vetted didn’t even mention. AND, ROI’s bid came in lower that of the other company. At every step, staff reached out to me unsolicited to keep me informed of progress in shipping, installment, etc. I am THRILLED with the end result.
