WINDOW WORLD OF WACO REVIEWS

In May 2024 we got caught in the Tornado here in Temple, TX and it took us a long time - like until December!! - to find someone to do windows. We interviewed a lot of companies and we had not only a co-worker but two other companies we talked to suggest calling Window World. I will tell you that I am SOOOOOOOO glad I did and I wish I would have done it sooner! From the sales (which took about 18 mins, from greeting to my check in his hand haha) to installation and everyone in between it has been great. I love that there is zero pushing you to get anything... they show you what they have and how it works and if you want it, you want it, they dont hound you and make you feel like sh*t if you don't want something. There is communication every step of the way and they are great about answering a million questions if you have them - I did lol :) I have and will continue to recommend Window World of Waco, especially since that's who I worked with, because my experience was fabulous and I look forward to a long relationship with my lifetime warranty!! :) Thank you Window World... it's a lot warmer with windows.

We were referred by our neighbors who had their windows replaced. We had single pane windows from the early 90s. We contacted window world and they came out and did an amazing job showcasing their product. We purchased and we were told the windows would get here in 6-8 weeks. They got here in 4! And we were scheduled next day. Their installation team showed up and they were extremely professional and fast with the install. I work from home and I had no disturbances. The team kept me well informed of everything going on and the windows look amazing. Not to mention saving quite a bit of money on the electric bill. We need to replace a couple of exterior access doors and we will definitely be using Window World again for their services.

We had a phenomenal experience with Window World of Waco from start to finish. When we requested a quote, we were given a no-nonsense assessment that wasn't a hard press or hard sell pitch, and let us make our decision on the merits of the pricing and the quality of the windows. The actual installation process was fast and smooth, too, and the actual windows look stunning in our home and have already contributed significantly to reducing our energy bills. Super pleased with our experience and would highly recommend to others.

UNIVERSAL WINDOWS DIRECT REVIEWS

Universal Windows Direct products made a major difference in the appearance of the house's exterior. The windows were individualized to the house's needs. Also, the quality of the windows far surpassed my expectations in addition to professionalism of the installation. The cleanup after installation of the windows was very thorough. Highly recommend this company to anyone seeking professional installation and quality product.

We love our windows from Universal Window! They look so much better than our old aluminum ones and our electric bills are so much lower. There were a couple bumps in the process, but the company took care of everything and treated us with respect throughout the process. I’d definitely use them again.

Chris was very professional and thorough when meeting to talk about the window replacements. Always early/on time. Very excited about our new windows.

Chris Harness came out to our house to quote 3 replacement windows and repair to the framing around the windows. While he was here, we check other windows in the area and found that there where 4 or 5 other windows with water damage in the framing. The end result was he quoted 13 windows. The replacement windows arrived much quicker than I was told and the replacements and repairs where completed in less than 2 days. The workers where very professional and did a fabulous job. I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS. Chris was very knowledgeable about windows and explained everything really well when he came for our consultation. He was very patient and professional and answered all my questions. We went with this company because the price was affordable and he seemed to really know his stuff and we trusted that they would do a great job. The install went well and very quick. We stayed out of their way but the installers seemed polite and respectful and also made sure to clean up their work area. They also hauled away the old windows. From start to finish the process was very easy and everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. So far besides the windows looking beautiful, they block out more noise and light from the outside. I can't wait to have them open everyday in the spring. I will Def recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows.

My experience could not have been better. ..from the consultation visit to completion, the staff were very helpful. I was especially impressed that they offered window options and ideas without me asking so I was able to choose a fabulous product the other company I vetted didn’t even mention. AND, ROI’s bid came in lower that of the other company. At every step, staff reached out to me unsolicited to keep me informed of progress in shipping, installment, etc. I am THRILLED with the end result.
