A full breakfast is included with the stay, offering a wide range of options. The quality of the food was excellent, and both the restaurant staff and manager provided outstanding service. Except for one. Early morning (2 AM), front desk employee, the hotel staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and accommodating. During my stay, I sustained a toe injury that resulted in significant bleeding. When I requested a band aid at the front desk, I was informed that there were no available band aids, or first aid supplies due to restocking delays. The following morning, another clerk promptly addressed my request for band aids and inquired about the quantity needed. I would recommend updating the pillows for improved comfort. Overall, I would be willing to stay at this property again.

The hotel is connected to the Waco Convention Center for our annual summer PE Conference. The room was well cleaned and fresh towels were given daily. The location had a bar and vouchers for breakfast. The breakfast was very well with lots of options. Didn’t try the pool. Location was within walking distance to many restaurants.

Zack at the front desk was amazing! When my 6 year old came to the front desk to ask him to vote for him to become a Jr. Ranger, Zack went above and beyond coming around to talk to him face to face. It was so kind. Even Tatum was amazed and enjoyed their talk. Zack made sure everything was great for us and had a huge smile on his face. I would highly recommend staying here. And when you see Zack at the front desk tell him hello for us.

Jodi is awesome!!! From being a constant traveler due to work, I became an IHG member so I can have a good nights rest. And Jodi made my night's stay incredible. From the minute I checked in, she was very attentive and did everything with a smile on her face. Even though it was a very late night check in, Jodi made me feel like it was the top of the morning. She also gave me some great tips and benefits about being an IHG Platinum member. The hotel was very clean, and my room and bed was very comfy. Thank you very much Jodi. The next time I am near Waco I will be staying at this IHG location and it's all thanks to Jodi.

The lobby was clean and the staff was very welcoming! I want to send a special shout out to Jenae that checked in a bus load of tennis players in 5 minutes! She was very professional, fast and efficient! The rooms were fabulous and the cleaning crew were so nice and on point! The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the middle of restaurants and very close to a very busy shopping area. The hotel offered a continental breakfast that was great! The had pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, bagels, muffins and different types of juice to name a few. I had the best time and next time I come to Waco I look forward to coming back to this hotel! Thank you so much.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. The check in was quick and Jodi at the front desk was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety to choose from. Also there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
